for two summers i lived and worked in Toulumne Meadows. it was like a homecoming, and years later, i realized i had changed, but Yosemite hadn't.
i had a girlfriend when i lived in Toulumne.
she died in a car wreck, coming back from Yosemite Valley. my visit there this last weekend was bittersweet.
