I've been sailing multiple times in foreign waters for periods upto a week and half. Having said that it's definitely funner sailing because you always have things to do...I don't kno what kind of boat you'll be on.

If your working on a trawler you will have no time. I'm not sure what your fishing for so it depends. Expect 4 hours sleep, 8 hours back breaking work, 4 hours sleep and so on. All you will do is sleep work and eat. Well that's how it is here. My friends go out on the trawlers. Its good money but hard work. They use every available minute to sleep. The nets are up every 2-4 hours, so that the maximum sleep time you get.
