What do you mean by ghost? Is the game stretched on the wide screen?

Ghosting = Term used to describe a shadowing effect on any moving images on a screen. It happens when the LCD monitor(s) doesn't refresh fast enough to keep up with the rapid movements in fast pace games.

Game(s) will and will not scretch depending on your setting. For game(s) such as CS:Source, I would play windowed. BF2 I play fullscreen and I really can't tell whether it is scretched or not. However, the resolution options the game gave me was weird... (11xx by xxx). The monitor also has a 1:1 ratio option that will run any game in its correct screen size, centered, and any unused space will just be a black.

Odd, though it has been awhile since I have opened CS:S I swear it had a 16:9 widescreen setting...
