I'm in a basement with two other peoples (and accompanying people) playing various typical LAN games on a router that is only connected to us 3. There is a wireless network in the house I can connect through to get to the internet, yet when I enable both connections I end up getting to connection to the internet or the small LAN.

Is there any way I can use the wireless connection for the internet but stay in the LAN with the other 2 computers?

So you want to connect to the LAN via the Wireless?

2 routers. One connects the 3 computers, that is a wired connection. Second one is connected to a modem, and thus the internet, this one I'm getting through WiFi.

I want to enable both so I don't have to toggle which one is enabled depending on if I'm using the internet, or the 3-computer-lan.

Why not have all the computers on the one network?

make sure the one your gateway is set to the one that has the internet conection ... so probably no dhcp.

edit: Incidentally is the router you have in the basement capable of wireless? If so what brand is it?
