So today I went to Brands Hatch today to watch the DTM (German for German Touring Cars), a major race between Audi and Mercedes. There were other events there too, including the Formula Palmer Audi, Formula 3 Euro Series, Pickup Truck Racing and a very special demonstration featuring Lewis Hamilton and his Formula 1 MP4-22 McLaren-Mercedes car

As we entered the site, there was an Audi stand with Audi guys buying support from DTM noobs by giving away free Audi shirts and hats, which I took gratefully It rained, but that didn't dampen my mood. It was fantastic Except the bit where a German guy won the DTM in an Audi and played the German national anthem

I was on the best grandstand on the trackside too, overlooking the entire track. The track wasn't very big but it was still awesome. A few crashes here and there

Anyway I think I'm gonna die from inhaling all of them fumes, I can still smell it O_O Great day out though I'll upload pics when I get them tomorrow evening

I went the the British Grand Prix in 1996, and got a signed photo of David Coulthard when he was good. We were in the fancy box that Conoco own, it wasn't the same

Was still for a 5 year old though.
