Get an expandable file. I got one in grade ten, lasted me till the end of school. Hell, I still use it now, for some things.
They're better then your average 2/3 ring binder as 1) they wear out at a much slower rate, 2) your papers don't tear and 3) you don't have to flip a big stack of paper every time you want to access a page at the back.

The one thing putting me off doing that is searching for a specific page half way through, now I haven't tried using these and don't have a single clue as to how it would go, but it seems that I'd have to pull out all the pages in a stack on my desk, then try and flip through them.Sup3r_Dr4gon wrote:

And I don't think the folders are much more "durable" per-se, they're just used in a more friendly way.
