What may hurt him most in the election is not his tie with GWB. In fact, most people see that they are two different people. The words "republican" and "democrat" don't mean too much these days--so look at the people themselves. Sure, they may share the same party name, but is the similarity overpowering the true fact that THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE???
Granted, may associate GWB with Republican with McCain, but that's phony. It's like saying you're like Eva Peron. Why? because you're argentinian. See? makes no sense. People see through that.

I never said they were the same, I just pointed out that it's a tough challenge for McCain to win this election coz of GWB's failures.  Like it or not, people punish parties when they vote, or why do you think you have a Dem Congress?  And no, I ain't like Eva Peron just coz I'm Argentinian, in fact I despise her and what she represents.  I hate PJ (Partido Justicialista) which is the party that Peron created.  All corrupt politicians, even if that's a cliche.

I would like to point out in seven pages so far, there has only been one attempt to explain the difference between the candidates, and in that only a difference between Obama and McCain.
