I've got some MPEG-4 movie files from my phone which I'm wanting to use in Windows Movie Maker.


It doesn't accept this file type so I downloaded Super in order to convert it.


However... I have no idea which file type Movie Maker accepts and which is best to use. File size doesn't matter, no loss of quality preferred.

WMV is the standard format for that application, but MPG2 should also work.  If not, then just a standard MPG format.
