Not a clue, I just got this computer from my Step-Grandad, and am under strict instructions not to open it. Any software I could check with? Long shot I know...

@Jen, I was going to, but thought it'd be easier with a pic.

Obviously not.

What screenshot? Or do you mean that URL that leads to a poor image hosting site?

http://photobucket.com

And you can probably do 3GHz, more or less, depending on your mobo.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

You might be able to reach 3GHz

But it depends on if the mobo even lets you change anything in bios.

I thought I was finally free of the clutching hands of Dell restricting everything..

And while we're at it, I have no clue about Raedon, is the 9600 any better than a 7600GT?

I'd also say 3.0. Maybe a little more. Depends on your mobo really
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

7600 is much, much better than R9600

It's not a dell, my old computer was. Sorry about that.

Right, got the 7600 back in it.

I've got a gig and a half of 400mhz DDR, but it's only recognising a gig of 333mhz? What's up with that?

Also, looks like Bios OC'ing is out of the question, my brother says. Might have a proper look into it myself later.

Gonna be interesting reseting CMOS when your overclock fails then...
