I was wondering how you re-program the keyboard to actually write the keys they are marked with...

My @ button isn't working and it's starting to drive me nuts...how do I re-bind it?

It doesn't happen to be doing a " is it? Because that means you have a US layout.

Control Panel > Regional Options.

Rip up the letters and clean under your keys.

There's probably dirt, bits of old food, dried blood, hair, skins cells, god knows what else.
