well it said waste down. so he could have lost more then just some skin on his legs! hard to say what would be worse having your face disfigured, or loosing your manhood . I was in a fire at work when I was 18, I had deep second degree burns on my left arm and some 3rd degree on my left leg and some other random areas but no damage to the equipment. it is easily the most traumatic experience I have ever went through not only the fire and getting burned, but everything that comes after that. as you heal the pain gets worse! and the therapy and bandage changes involved almost daily. you are at an insane risk for infection and could get one and die at any time.
