Okey now i wanna know what the heck this means:::

Awarded to recognize achievements which, through their dedication and gallantry, have set the individual apart and above other commanders.

*IAR: 45 Commander Points (before 2x)
*Global: 50h Total time as commander
>>>>>>>>> *Global: 3 win:loss ratio <<<<<<<<<

is that maps at a row as commander or global, please help if you know

...In one round...you need 45 commander points before the round ends (when the round ends, you get the 2x).
...Before you go into that round, you need to already have 50 total hours as a commander.
...The 3 win:loss ratio is like this...
3 wins to every one loss... If you had say...90 wins, you could only have the max of 30 losses.

It means you have to win 3 times as many games as you lose.
For example, 9 wins - 3 losses

Thing is those are the requirements for the WAR COLLEGE ribbon not the WAR COLLAGE ribbon for that you need to cut bits of pictures (out of magazines etc) and stick them together to form another picture with a Battlefield theme.

3 times win losss so if u have 9 wins and 3 losses then ull get it if u have done the hrs

a better example, i would need 1400 wins, in a row, to get this ribbon.

so it would be 2800 wins, 700 losses, 1 wasted ribbon chase
