That will turn a tv cable line into a VGA cable to my moniter. Or if that sounds retarded. Is there any way i can make my monitor compatible with a cable line? It's a 19" Sceptre monitor with 1 VGA and 1 HDMI slot.
You would need some sort of tuner card, or perhaps a composite/component output from a TV cable tuner box.
