i was playing kirkand as you can see in the picture but then the ground in this part was different colored..... anyone know why this is? and has it happened to anyone else? i think a file didnt load or something.

You presumably have an agp card, its probably set to 8x or something which is too fast for your card/memory/motherboard to support. That introduced some corruption to the games textures.

dont have anything overclocked, and i havent changed any setting for awhile now. first time seeing this. and i have a x850 with everything high and x4. and 2 gigs and a 4000+

Have you updated your drivers lately? I had the color problem using an old nvidia card when I was playing Sperahead. I reverted to an older driver and it was fine. Newer drivers are not always a good thing.

well i have a x850 but when i go back to the older drives it slows the card down. and sometimes when my computer starts it doesnt pick up the video card so i have to unistall the drive and reinstall them (had to do that today) but havent seen it in awhile before today.

Maybe it's a hack!?!?!? I saw an attack chopper that was tye dye a few months ago. It had the same colors. Totally funny!

no cuz it happened today at wake by the bridge by the north flag. no one was even by it... should i reinstall the drives or game?
ok installing Catalyst 6.1 to see if that helps it at all
