BF2S Forums For those with wrong country flag at picture.

Well it would seem that it's not possible after all. Intresting that I got 3 different replies from 3 different EA employees heh. One guy tells me one thing and another guy tells me otherwise. Well I guess this puts this issue to rest for now. They mention they may add a way to change it in the future however.



Me: It would seem that editing the gamespy account details dosn't change the bf2
account. I've edited my country to Canada and my bf2 account still shows US.

Thank you for contacting Battlefield 2 in-game support. At present, it's not possible to modify the country after the account has been created. We regret that this is not possible, although we hope to potentially get the ability to change your country code added to the list of features for Battlefield 2 at some point in the future. While it's not ideal, I would suggest creating a new account if you would like to see the appropriate country displayed in your profile.

i contacted them saying i wanted to change flag AND account name, cuz the clan i was in turned out shite..  (i created this account with clan tag in account name.. before the prefix box was introduced)

they said no can change either. 
So i fucked, shitted, basrtarded, wankered  merrily thru a reply.

Waiting to hear back from THAT one..
