Ok, so I record myself playing at 60 FPS, Full Size.  I go to Windows Movie Maker, upload the Fraps files.  Then I go to view it, and everything is really blurry, and that's before I upload it to Youtube or some other site.

Now, I have never made a movie, and I'm not experienced at all, so please tell me what I am doing wrong.  Is it because I have Windows Movie Maker?  Should I get Sony Vegas Pro or some other video editing software?

Windows Movie Maker isn't the best, but it can have good quality (that's a sliding bar for some people however ). Did you try a different option when saving it on your computer? Not as the default it gives, how about best quality for playback on my computer.

I never even got to that part.  I Imported the Video Clips, and then I used the video screen player on the right to see it full screen.  The quality sucked completely, that's why I didn't keep going because I didn't want to waste my time.  =P

Check the quality of the rendered file. The preview things aren't the best judges of final quality.

Or get Vegas and render h.264 @ 4.0Mbps

That screen is just a preview screen, it is not going to be the end quality I think.
Try rendering a small section to 'best quality for my PC', it should come up alright.
The preview screen is just to check what the effects would look like when it is rendered and to get the timing right really, gives you most of the idea of what the finished movie will look like without wasting time on quality.
