The British trainee nurse and a pal ordered 14 chicken pieces, six bags of fries and large cokes after driving to their local branch.

They spent an hour and a half eating the 5,456-calorie feast. A few days later, KFC regular Jackson got the fine in the mail for breaking the restaurant parking lot’s 75-minute limit.

“It’s disgusting. I spend a lot of money in there. Now I’m never going back,” the 24-year-old fumed Wednesday.

Jackson — who eats at KFC three times a week — complained to the restaurant that she was unaware of signs warning of the time limit in Huddersfield, West Yorks.

The mega bucket cost her $22.

Jackson said that she doesn’t plan on paying the fine.

“It didn’t feel like I was in there all that long. We were hungry.”

A KFC spokesman said: “The 75-minute time limit is designed to accommodate our customers who generally eat for about 30 minutes.”

I could see if she was warned and ignored them, but she left thinking everything was normal and a fine just showed up? If thats the case, its some bullshit.

I'm guessing like most car parks it's run by a seperate security company who monitor and record the car park via camera and use the DMV to track car owners, and in these cases there's usually plenty of signs noting this.

Looks like it's terrible reporting geared to get a negative response, spending an hour and a half to eat fast food is gross anyways.

They probably reported her plate to the police...they got her address and sent her the ticket...? That's what they do in our parking ramps in my city. When they leave for the night they leave a notice of how much you owe for the night. It has your plate number on it and if you don't pay the amount you owe within a certain amount of time then you get a parking fine in the mail.

btw...that is a ridiculous amount of food. She is gonna have a heart attack by the age of 30...

Only time limit parking lots are in my downtown area, fast food places are as long as you want to stay i'm assuming, I never spend over 30 minutes at any fast food joint.
