I swear kids are like dogs.

Blame the parents/owners.

But seriously, this kid needs some fucking counseling. At 7 years old you kill animals and show no emotion? Holy Shit son, that's usually a sign that points toward future psychopathic actions (ie murder)

Wonder what the rest of his life will be like, for example (if of course he was allowed into a school system after this incident) having some of his schoolmates finding out that he killed innocent animals just hell of it. I guarantee that he will become alienated and isolated, further consolidating certain disturbing and abnormal behaviors. Who knows? One day he might just take a pen and stab it into the eye of one of classmates just for his own lulz. Or if he ever has a family of his own...well certain tendencies might manifest itself...and you know what happens next.

Last time I got suspended was 8th grade.

But I have been suspended almost each grade since 1st grade.

But you there comes a point in someones life when they mature, which is what happened to me. I got sent to ACCESS and ever since I left that school I became a completely different person. I used to hate every single fucking person on the planet. I'm just the complete opposite now kthx.
