Going to pan fry a generous portion of Tasmanian salmon in a couple hours. Never cooked it before but the few different pages I've read indicate it's relatively simple. Served with a salad and a touch of lemon.

these cuts had a nice club to them (fat that isn't marbleized) and cooked over a low flame til almost medium. trim the club, wedge salad, sangria, a rice pilaf and and artichoke dip for an app . . . brb, chocolate dipped strawberries and a muscado for dessertJay wrote:
