I connected my PC with my TV but the sound don't work on both at the same time.... Is it going to work I buy a Splitter ???

think of your tv as a monitor, unless it has a sound input jack your not going to get sound
I plug a regular headphone male to male and plug one into the tv and one into the headphone jack on my laptop
There are multiple ways to get sound from your computer to your tv, depending on your setup/soundcard

My tv does have a sound input.... I can't for example, keep the sound of the tv and the sound of the pc at the same time, I have to unplug or the pc or the tv so ONLY one of them will work...Locoloki wrote:

Each time i want to use my tv as ''computer'' i have to unplug the pc speakers and plug the tv one

I mean, do you want to use the T.V. as a monitor? Second display? And are you wanting pc audio from both computer and tv, or just one place?

you could use a splitter, but I'm pretty sure you can connect both the TV and PC speakers to the sound card, fix around with the settings and either A) send sound to both at the same time or B) switch between them.
Don't you have an amp for outputting sound? Using TV for outputting sound from PC is dumb.

I'm glad I get no sound from my pc whilst watching netflix on my tv, my 5.1 surround sound is already rigged up around the living room. heh, although i suppose if you wanted uber sound I could split it to my pro logic 2.1 and have 2 subs and 7 speakers that would blow some chicks panties off

I am not using my TV as second monitor, i connected the tv with the pc because i download movies and when i watch them i just play them on the computer and i sit in front of my tv to watch the movie as the computer is connected with the pc.... (no need to burn them or put them in a USB key) I have a normal sound wire that goes from the pc to the tv, this wire will produce the sound of the pc on the tv...
But lets say my tv is in PC mode, and im watching my movie, I have to plug the sound wire from the tv to the pc and i have to unplug my pc speakers because BOTH CAN'T WORK AT THE SAME TIME AND WHAT I WANT TO DO IS MAKE THEM WORK AT THE SAME TIME GODAMIIT! LOL

Ah. yes, in that case, a 1/8th in. stereo Y-cable should work.

I have it working there should be a head phone jcak by the VGA connector, unless your using HDMi then there should be RCA jacks
