I use mediaconverter.org, it's pretty straightforward, but not that fast (might be my 750k connection).
Use Super, it's one of the best converters out there, not to mention you can use it for a lot more than just audio.
Does this super convert .flac? I looked under the list of audio extensions but I didn't see it (unless .flc is the same thing).
