A look into the players psyche.


1)  A USMC tank is pwning the hotel (incl spawn raping) do you....

*Continue spawning at hotel to fight at the Clusterfuck.(occasionally getting spawn killed)
*Spawn at square and run to continue the padding at the clusterfuck.
*Spwan as an anti tank and try to take out the tank.

2)  Jets and Helis are base camping at the Oman non cap MEC base.

*Do you jump in an AA and hope u'll hit something.
*Try to get into one of the unmanned jets constantly getting bombed in hopes of exacting some revenge.
*Spawn and run as hard as you can to cap a new flag.

3)  USMC Start of the game on wake, someones capped the north base flag, and you are about to respawn.

*Do you ignore his pleas of support and stand on the carrier heli and plane whoring.
*Spawn at the North base and help him fight off enemies and cap the villiage/airfield.
*Ignore that, spawn at the arty island and boat of to the sth bases while taking tank fire from camping tanks at the tips.

4)  MEC (32map) Karkand. USMC has all caps except gatehouse and the bridge has been blown, ticket count is 35(US)to 38(MEC)  and dropping rapidly. Suburb has neutrilized.

*Do you go toe to toe with the enemy over the bridge. Conceding the Rd.
*Do everything in your power to cross the bridge.
*Die and spwan at Suburb to cap  the remaining flags.

Tell us what you would do out of the choices, or if you have something else you would do thats in the realm of possibility.

#1 3rd choice(duh)

#2 4th choice(mine) make a squad invite ppl, get a jeep and then cap a new flag.(proably hotel because it is close by , spawns both an apc and a tank for your team, has an AA site, and the pool next to it is a defensible position providing cover from vehicles, snipers, infantry, and aircraft.

#3 4th choice(mine) create a squad and invite ppl, get a boat and attack north village from its northern shore.   The battle at north base will keep the majority of enemies tied up while your squad takes north village. The battle now only has one front (as opposed to north base being surronded) with 2 bases for players on your team to spawn at, also your team has a shiny new tank to purge north base of all attackers.

#4:..wait how would we cap the the remaining flags if USMC has all of the flags already(except gatehouse).
MY answer: a. spawn as sniper with M95(im more accurate with the M95 than the M24).  Snipe the enemy from the relative safety of the train wreck.

b: spawn as medic.  Proceed to the main firefight and support our forces with ranged shots (L85 may just be useful for a change) revive any fallen allies to keep our team from losing a ticket.

both a/b: this has become a battle of attrition that we (the USMC) should win.  We have the MEC team in a ticket bleed so they will eventually lose...all we have to do is stall.  In the event I die when the count has dropped to <10 I do not respawn.  My team only loses a ticket if I respawn, If I do not respawn then my team does not lose a ticket while the opposing team continues to lose tickets from the ticket bleed.

#4(MEC perspective)  We are in a major ticket bleed and have been forced into a corner.  Spawn sniper and snipe the train wreck and central island-thing (assuming the bridge connecting the isle to train wreck is up and the bridge from isle to gatehouse is down).  Use the SVD(at this point forget pinpoint accuracy and unload as many rounds as you must to kill a foe quickly) to kill as many opponents at train wreck as quickly as posible.
The explosive barrel at wreck is easy to quickly detonate with a sniper rifle, do so if enemies are near it.

Request an art strike on the train wreck(if our commander isn't competent enough to do it himself).

Request a UAV between island and train wreck so that it covers both.   Request a supply crate to heal our men fighting at the bridge.

If USMC tank thinks he's smart by crossing the ford(shallow water road thing to the south of the bridge) blow him up with one shot to the front treads with the conviently placed tow launcher.  Also consider rushing the tank; he may just jump out to kill you before you plant c4 on his tank (surprisingly many tankers acctually jump out like this to avoid c4 without making sure the attacker is spec-ops lol), forget killing him and take his tank.   To prevent this consider asking any engineers on your team to mine the top of the ramp leading into the ford.  The last tank response would be to hide from the tank and allow AT players to kill it.

We are in a major ticket bleed so speed is the key to everything.  at this point the trick to not respawn is a duel edged sword; on one side it help to slow the loss of tickets by your team however on the opposite side of the coin it reduces the strength of the MEC team fighting to kill as many USMC players as possible in an ever shrinking time window.

#1: I'm usualy spec-ops, so I would try and C4 the bastard. If i'm not spec-ops, Then I would act like I was C4ing his tank (With Ammo bags or something ) in hopes of getting him out.

#2: Grab a Jeep and try and shoot down the chopper, Try and take off in mine.

#3: Spawn at Northbase

#4: Spawn as Medic and revive every one I can, while taking pot shots at the enemy. Ticket bleed isn't so bad if you can keep your own guys from dying.
