When i buy something... how do you pay? Where does it add the bill to?

you have to attach a credit card to your account when you sign up so it goes on that bill. Or if you have an itunes gift card you can enter that and use it, but im pretty sure you still need a credit card to sign up
Also - the may not bill you right away. I've had charges delayed upto 15 days.
