True. In fairness though, you can tell between 65 and 120. That's just stupid.

Fair enough. I'd say you can tell the speed to an error margin of 10-20%

I'm not saying he didn't know he was doing 120..He knew what he was doing. I'm saying that you can get out of a ticket like that saying your speedometer is off.
