It is a scam. Their logos are actually images, not links, and their copyright notice is actually invalid. Also, if you look at the pricegrabber link, there's a couple of people who posted on the reviews section, both state it's a scam.
You just lost $25, mate. sorry.

I'd say you lost that money.  Report them to the BBB as well.

Well, the company behind the website (American Dynamic Ventures LLC) is a legitimate US Small Business based in Maryland ... and they have been in business for several years.

Now, being a small business, you might get some mixed results ... depending upon who is running the thing.   Regardless, assuming you paid by Credit Card, then you have nothing to worry about.

Ya, I saw the spelling errors with organization and something else and some of the words that needed to be capitalized aren't so i guess i just been scammed for a tie that I wanted.
smart move for me to investigate that website after I bought something lol.

Jsut call your credit card company and tell them to cancel your order. SHould cost you something for the effort, but you get your money back.

Well, as I implied earlier, I don't think this is a scam but a small business.

Scams typically shy away from Government exposure, they have a short business history, and they operate in obscurity and in the dark.

This company is connected and exposed to the US Government (they received a Small Business Administration loan), they have real phone numbers and addresses, and they have been in business for nearly 3 years.

Now, this small business might be totally irresponsible in fulfilling orders, and maybe they have even shut their doors but the web site is still taking electronic orders that never gets filled ... but, I don't have the impression that this is being run as a scam.

I'm a slob, and occasionally  I lose my credit card in piles of shit lying around, I never know for sure where my card went, so I just have the company issue me a new card with different number, just in case I lost it somehwere else.

I think that's what he meant, cancelling the card.

yeah... i kinda thought so.  But I just stated that because it's technically inaccurate, so the advice wasn't followed in THAT way.
