If it weren't for my awesome oldest brother I would been in the same situation. He gave my middle brother and I his old Sega and then in like '99 he got us PlayStation for Hanukkah.  We danced around and sang. Then played some PlayStation.

One of my best friends had an N64. GoldenEye was a holy moment in my life.

But Christmas 2001 fuckin rocked. I remember playing Luigi's Mansion and SSBM so much.

Now that I think about it I didn't even have a GameBoy till around when Pokemon Blue came out. My parents thought video games = mind-rot.
