8800 Ultra (REPLACING)
150GB Raptor (REPLACING)
Sound Card

Upgrades:
Q9550 to 3.4GHz
GTX 260 ~ 216 Core Version
Velociraptor - Programs
2 x 1 TB Seagate Barracuda drives (RAID1) - Media files

Reasons: Video Editing, Gaming, more space, overall more multitasking..

I will sell the counterparts to help make up some of the money, but I do have all the money readily available..

What do you think?

Looks good to me. Question: Did you overclock your RAM from 800 MHz or did you underclock it from 1066?

And how much are you selling that Raptor for?

anything faster than DDR-800 violates JEDEC specs anyways, so there isn't really any reason why they shouldn't run at that speed. FSB2000 is a sweet spot for many OCs ...
