After a long time I have decided to get some new running shoes. The 4 color's they have are pretty crap. So I am going to spend the £30 extra to design my own! I have came up with some good idea's... just wanted to see what anyone else can come up with

Pfft i just go running in my boots, enough support in them and the extra weight makes it a bit harder.

If you're really going to spend big bucks on a pair of running shoes, you might as well go to one those specialist running shops and they will slap your Scottish ass on a treadmill and really find out your running style and therefore advise you a extremely well fitting pair of trainers.

You're looking at back, hip and knee trouble if you get it wrong.

Well the ones he's getting sure ain't no proper running shoes. But generally Nikes are pretty decent. Nowhere near NB but decent.

From m3thods site posted I picked these, pretty cheap too. I've always loved New Balance shoes. Im sporting the 472's right now. Also I tend to usually buy men's sneakers, just because I prefer darker shoes/soles, and hard to find those colors in womens.

I cant mate. If your serious about running you need to get specialist advice. The size, width and the style you run will dictate what shoes is best for YOU. You really dont want to do yourself any damage.

i wore a pair of Nike Shox R4's and ran on a treadmill and ended up buggering up my left knee it flippin clicks if i walk after a period of time so i stick to non impact cardio now.
