I suppose it's against EA's Terms and Conditions, But then again, Your not going to get a cop knocking on your door.

It is not my server. I simply know such server, and there still there is a distribution of piracy copies of game. I simply want, that it have closed or have forced to include key check. Where it is possible to address?
Have you tried e-mailing EA about it? I can't remember the EULA off the top of my head, but that should help you figure it out....

If I was you I would just leave them to it if anyone has a pirate copy they can't play on hardly any servers at all, I have downloaded a few games before and tried the private server patches and it's crap it just makes you want to buy the full game even more so it's a good thing rather than bad, and if they still carry on playing on the larry servers then I wouldn't do anything about it I'd just feel sorry for them, especially as BF2 is only a few quid- doesn't affect me or anyone else playing at all
