Yeah, granted I got that wrong, but then I went onto a converter and it says 1990 is MCMXC.

It doesn't work like 10+100, it's M (1000) CM (1000-100) XC (100-10)

iirc, MCMXC is the correct way to write 1990 in roman numerals.

Oh, and hex is way cooler than binary.
