so you know how you set a code in your phone, and when you turn it on, you enter a code to start it up.

I lost it a while a go, and recently just found it again, but I've forgotten the code

It's a sameung sgh g800, and was wondering if there was a way to either reset it or hack it ect

Thanks!

If you fuck your PIN 4 times or so it will start asking for a PUK. Which is an 8 digit code you can get from your service provider.

The PUK should have come with the SIM card. You should actually have gotten a list of codes with the SIM card. If you don't have them, you need to go to your service provider and get them to unlock it and get them to reset the PIN.

Our providers have withheld such useful information such as codes to unlocking your phone.

it's a phone code, I've taken my sim out so I can try millions of times. It's like a passcode to the phone, not the sim card.

Did you change it yourself?

Otherwise, 1111, 1234, 0000 etc

Take it into a vodaphone\optus\whatever store and they might do it for you.

0000 or 9999 are pretty standard

what kind of phone is it? Then search "your phone unlock code"

Yeah just google the brand and unlock information, if you can hook it up to your computer you can reinstall the software.
