Long story short, it's the binbag ball at this club tonight, I'm gonna be very very messy before we head off in a couple of hours, and need suggestions of what to fashion out of binbags to wear.

staple bin bag material to a top hat and possible cover a normal suit with the plastic, though this would require alot of effort it would be impressive. pins/stitching would be required.
nvm, go as a hobo instead, wear crap shoes and torn jeans and cut two arm holes in a bin bag.
Thinking about it a hole for your head would probably help too.
