Ok, I know this is because the motherboard isn't putting out video but it ONLY happens when i take out my ram. When i put the ram back in I dont get any beeps and still nothing pops up on my screen? Elaborate?

It's probably telling you you haven't got any RAM installed.

What make and model mobo?

No, different beep codes mean different things - they should be listed in your mobo manual...
