My friend tried to smoke me out - 50% tobacco(Black & Mild) & 50% weed I got a little high, for maybe 30 minutes, it felt like I'd had about 3 beers (buzz) and I noticed i laughed a little bit more, not much though...

then the next day I hit the pipe with my other friend, I thought that not getting high the first time was normal, so I figured try again...

So I did, any basically it was the same thing, I just felt a light buzz

Then later that day, the guy from the second attempt got a waterbottle, made a pipe out of it, and we smoked that... Again, barely anything

Im sure I was taking it through the lungs, holding it and putting air on top of it, but I still didnt feel anything really

so what the hell? Anyone got any ideas on this?

What exactly is being high like?

Well it's normal you don't get high as fuck the fisrt time you smoke weed. Also a blunt with 50% tabacco and 50% weed is not the best to get high... Do one only with weed.

You'll get high after few times you smoke, You just don't know what is the feeling yet, You'll love it

Like everyone else has said, you're probably smoking some shitty weed. Or not even smoking enough of it.

I can't really explain what it's like. You feel very lethargic, it'll feel like it's been an hour and then you look at your watch and it's only been 5 minutes, many things are suddenly funny, you say whatever's on your mind, no matter how stupid it sounds.

Also, to the people who say you don't really get high your first time, that's not always the case. My first time I got the highest I've ever been. We had a huge bong and I was doing hit after hit every minute or so, and they were big hits according to everyone else. That first time is the only time ever been "high as fuck", all the other times I've done it, I've learned to not smoke as much.

Thats nothing, my ancient history teacher at 6th forms a great guy, he's 25 but he acts no differently from us, for example two people in the class do german and he made them teach him what the german word for cunt is (mushy, though its pronounced mooshy apparently) he spent the entire week calling people mushy's, even the teachers (who had no idea what he was talking about)

Anyway my point is that one day we distracted him (easy as hell, just mention star wars, football or booze) and he told us that when he was at the same 6th form as a student and taking ancient history the class was only about 6 people, each week one of them would bring in some food like popcorn and another some softdrinks and share them out in the lesson. One week a stoner brought in some brownies... apparently later that day that teacher phoned up 999 and asked for an ambulance because he was so high he thought he was having a heart attack. He ended the story off by saying that he thought the brownies were a bit weak and needed more weed in them.

Probably not the best role model but he's awesome to have as a teacher anyway.
