I don't hack, yet i still get this bullshit on my favorite servers, its only started happening in the past week.

Griffen, this happened to me as well. I got banned for it because I followed some antilag guides and changed the NAME of the bf2.exe. All you have to do is send them your BF2.exe (either GGC or Gameviolations, you gotta make sure who of them has banned you).
Unfortunately, they did not accept my exe because I played with that renamed exe file along time ago (in 2006 or sth...) Pretty stupid that they ban ppl for things happened years ago. If you still want to play, go on NON-French,Non-German,-NONRussian,-NONNetherland servers.
But if you want to play on these servers, you have to buy a new serial. Because it is no Name Ban, IP ban etc. Just Serial Ban

the masterbanlist is the list of punksbusted - just another streaming partner of punkbuster/evenbalance, like pbbans or ggc. so his ban is legitimate as any other ban on any other banlist (master banlist - punksbusted, master ban index - pbbans, global league banlist - ggc...do you get it?)
