Well, maybe that will help you develop a more concrete sense of what the book "is about".
I tell people I loved reading it, but struggle to explain the essence of what I read - which makes me feel like an idiot, and doesn't do anything to encourage them to read it! It's definitely a book that I don't feel content having read only once, but it's daunting enough I don't want to casually jump back into it when I'm busy with other stuff...
