I know that guy has it as a hobby and such, and that's cool, but I find hobbies that actually fill a purpose (Like tweaking drivers or increasing case airflow) more appealing.
Some of the most beautiful mods and that page are 80% practical. Water cooling and cable management, both of which keep the system cool (about that case airflow thing?). Water cooling is absolutely unnecessary unless you're OCing, so you can be pretty sure these guys aren't neglecting the performance side of things. Throw in some lights and a potentially stock case window and voila, 'million-dollar PC.'
