Will it say next rank in BFHQ as 1st Sgt if I have all the basic badges required?

Im 3.5k GP away and dont want to miss out on extra big, yellow insignia

BF2S.com says I am ok, just wondering if BFHQ will tell me or not.

Ive looked in bfhq and it doesnt say 1st sgt, it says master sgt. however, bf2s.com say 1st sgt. I want to be 100% so I dont miss out

Yeah, you will get both ranks awarded to you in game. At the same time I believe.
