I personally love keeping fit, its not a hobby - it's a lifestyle!

Me.. gym 4x week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sun)
       Jujitsu fridays along with rock climbing a few hours after (shits awesome)
       Squash 2x a week (Mon, Wed)

Try going to the gym a few times a week (3,4) and cutting down on any cardio you currently do, if any..
Although you'll also want to basically double what you're eating atm, eating 2000cals per day? Try for 4000. You will gain in no time.

But i do go to music concerts a lot and jump in the pit... sweating yknow.

lol, why not instead of eating donuts and crisps eat 2 more meals? Just spread them out, try to eat a small/medium sized meal every 2-3 hours.

Is it me or are they hitting the ball mighty slow in that squash game? I didn't see one decent smash.. either way, when I play squash it's HARDCOREEE - when I see people playing racquetball at my gym it looks pretty dead

Mmmm it's not unusual for people to have a fast metabolism that burns up food quickly. I have one, I can eat mcDonalds for a week and not put on a pound...
