If you aren't interested in all the media center stuff from HP, business is a good alternative. Personally I'd always take Business over HP

well i have ultimate on my desktop and its cool. i also have premium on my laptop, but i would never upgrade to ultimate. if it has premium, leave it. if you have no OS, id go with ultimate.
