Same. I've always had ATI but never had one fail. My second pc/server thing has a Radeon 9550 (I think) that still runs great. My mom's computer has a Radeon 9600 Pro that runs great. I just sold my old X800 GTO a few months ago that worked great, and also sold my X1950XT that worked great. And of course my 4850 hasn't given me a single problem.

I've also had three rigs with AMD processors, as is my mom's and my dad's and his previous few rigs. Never had any problems with any AMD chips/boards either.

Why not take out some of the things you need from here? Take out that GTX280, and buy a second one for SLi. The HDDs and PSU could be used as well.
Sell the rest of it, and you've suddenly got more cash to play with.
