Can't change your name, you can only add tags (player name prefix when you log in)
and to lock a squad hit the little pad lock logo on the squad screen

no problem.
as for renaming, I forget to be honest. I know I've done it but can't remember how.
Pretty sure if you create a new squad you'll see the option somewhere, I remember not having to look to hard to find it.

Nope, before you log into your account, above (on the log-in screen) you'll see an empty box called "player name prefix" or something similar, enter a tag or whatever in the box and then log in as usual and it'll remember it from then on. You can change it anytime as well.

ye costum squad, only make sure ur not in a squad while u want to name 1, thats impossible
