Looks like a PKM to me. I know that Kord is a weapon producer, but after a little search on google, i only found machinguns down to .50 caliber from Kord.
It is indeed a PKM, dunno why it would be under MEC as it is a first-tier unlock (and a damn good one at that!)

That is definitely not the RPK-47, EA has the PKM listed as MEC stock weapon.
PKm. i think RPk 74 is better
