cooler=can run faster=better performance when OC'd.

cba to compare the stock clocks atm, so dunno if will be better performance out-of-the-box...

Apparantly, catalyst 9.1 is going to bring the improvements that lacked in 8.12, but you could be here for years till they do that. I'd probably say the 260.
