Plus the 65nm GPU Jasper boards are being put in 360s now, which should eliminate the RRoD

They also have 256MB of onboard NAND memory now, which can be used as normal storage space unless you update it to that new experience thing, which leaves it with only a few MB to use for storage.

Edit: Actually, it still has plenty left over, 214MB according to this article:

Edit 2: I just found out mine says 16.5A which means I have a Zephyr board which means I have a 90nm GPU AND CPU.  WTF, I bought it in March and the 65nm CPU revision came out in November.

Except that the ps1, ps2 and the ps3 never had any catastrophic failures as sony specializes in hardware.
Must admit that the first 360 were shit, but Micro$oft offer an awsm customer service, something that Sony does not have.
Only problem I had was that it couldnt read a blue disk. Shipped it to sony 2 weeks later returned albe to read blue disks with no cost except shipping. This was after the warranty expired.
