I don't understand this talk that Phenom II makes u save over 200€ on motherboard. You still need to get a AM2+ mobo. And good AM2+ mobos cost over 150€ just like good S775 or S1366 motherboard. DDR3 is the future like it or not and the prices have been coming down quite a lot lately. That's why Phenom II supports DDR3 as well.

You can get AM2+ motherboard for <$100 USD. Unless things have changed (I haven't looked) the cheapest S1366 board is still >$200 USD.

You save money because if you own a AMD+ motherboard, all you need is the CPU.

Find me links of the Core I7 at 6GHz.

Phenom II is a definite buy for me. I can just drop it into my K9A2 plat. Nice little upgrade from my X2 4800+

My E7200 has been over 2V
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

It doesn't clock well cause it goes up to 90C and shuts off.
