DO NOT PURCHASE THE CYBORG..The drivers are horrible and bugged
And you can't use any of the special keys without them...
When I got my Cyborg I returned it the same day.. damm what a nice piece of hardware RUINED by horrible software
http://www.artlebedev.com/everything/op … us_01w.jpgALL OTHER KEYBOARDS BOW IN THE SHADOW OF OPTIMUS MAXIMUS!But tbh the G15 is ugly as fuck and the G11 the same, the G15v2 is a beauty, but it is too expensive.. I want a G11v2
Aren't they like a few thousand?
Also, I have a Microsoft Sidewinder X6 which is very awesome.
Although a little screen would be cool, I think... Handy...
Yeah the maximus is a novelty more than a realistic purchase tbh, but it still remains the most
of keyboards
The G15 is pretty overpriced itself tbh
You'd think for 1.5k US you'd get a keyboard with driver's that worked, but the manufacturer thought differently.
That said, while the G15 is a good board I regret dropping the cash on it. I don't use the macro keys, I only use the screen for displaying what song is playing and personally I'd be just as happy with any other media keyboard. THAT SAID, the thing is a tank. It's gone the longest without cleaning/maintenance of all my other keyboards and while it's no Model M, I think it'll last a good while.
Recommendation: Go to a computer store and try keyboards for their feel. The in store price may be lower then the keyboards online + shipping and it's the best way to decide. A more 'exotic' keyboard like the G15 may not be there but if you need macro keys or a screen, you've got 4-5 choices from Logitech/Razer and a small number of others. Pick what you want and unpack it carefully.
