I've thrown up once more and just had diarrhoea and feel a bit better now. I'm not sure if it's one of those mother nature tricks, in which you feel good after you've purged your body and then the pain comes back in half an hour.
Oh and I got a few hours sleep on the sofa which is better than nothing.
