I'm not asking you to buy them, shit, they're not even for sale yet (point of this thread)

What im asking you is, if they were available, and you were LOOKING for good pictures to frame or posters to decorate with and you wanted some artsy high res shit in like a 20x14 (in) picture, would you choose some of mine to purchase?

See some of my pics in this thread from a recent trip to NY with a very decent camera

Opinions [serious] from you guys please, and advanced critique would also be nice (but not necessary )

I WOULD, if I could afford it, but after I pay off MY camera, I'll have to get some pictures of my dog printed and framed. Getting a picture printed up about half the size of a movie poster costs $60 +tax here. Then Framed.

Possibly. I might buy some of them, (like the city at night, rockefeller at night) but just being honest here, I wouldn't buy the Nirvana ones. I'm not a fan, so that probably has a contributing factor, but I think they look a little... amateurish. A lot of your other shots are good though. And you never know, some people will buy anything you sell on the street, if you were up for that (I'm talking about if you made a couple prints lol).

Like people will buy those weird blankets that are giant pictures of wolves or whatever. So maybe you should try getting out there and selling some pictures, see if anyone will buy.

Not to say that your pictures are like those weird blankets. Just that you might have some luck out there that you might not have on the internet.

You could also try selling them as postcards.
When I was 13 (or something), I sold a shitload of self-made postcards for about 2 dollars each at my school's fair thing. Made about $150.
..and that was just a 13 year old with two years of newbie photography experience.

But to answer your question: Yes, I'd buy some.
..if I had the money and was into "artsy-fartsy" stuff.

I think you should probably focus on pics that you can market as a package. Sell groups of shots together and your more likely to have them sell imo.

5 pics of dolphins for $20 (or whatever is reasonable, i got no idea) is more likely to sell than one print.
