I think he lives somewhere in South America and I don't reckon they got much servers, so he plays in NA servers, I think, anyway.

in my region, fastest infantry server's ping is 170~
korea server = 0/64 and no inf server

By the way, 10 ping server also have problem with prone/jump reg

japan,taiwan(eatw),china(hero) all good ping
a few US server also good (170~200)

I played starcraft 10years ago
but I like warcraft2 than starcraft..
